It is the perfect time for your bae to meet with your family and get to know them better. Also, since vacations with family can get exhausting sometimes, you can take your bae around your hometown for some quick getaways of your own.
Telling them about your childhood is one thing but showing it to them is a totally different experience! And since you know your hometown better than anyone else, you can work up a little magic with your romantic self to turn these ‘going around your hometown’ into some beautiful dates!

Yeah, going to touristy places might make you look like a tourist guide, but if you make an interesting schedule to visit the best spots with a planned picnic included in the day, a ride around the town sounds like a perfect idea for a date!
- Go to a holiday event nearby
Every area has special holiday traditions and if you and your family are into them, then you must take your bae to one of them! Getting to know your culture and your family traditions would be a great way for you and your bae to bond better and this is one way to do it – visiting a holiday market, or going to the cinemas together, dinner parties, etc.
- Plan a special picnic at a romantic spot
Kissing your bae in your hometown, at your favourite spot is one the most amazing feelings you can get. Plan a special picnic (a romantic one) and take your bae to the spot you’ve always had a special connection with and spend the evening in romance and good vibes only.
- Take them to a local food market
This is a very cool couple thing to do – going to a food market and trying out different cuisines together. It is a really cute way to have fun with your bae and you can stuff each other’s faces with your favorite treats!
- Take them to your high school
This is something that goes without saying. You must take your bae to your high school and show them your favorite hangout spots. Tell them all about your beloved high school friends and memorable stories. Give them a nice tour and this will no doubt be an amazing date, where your bae gets to know more about your growing up years.
