Put the tea bags in boiling water for about 5 minutes. Then, remove them and put them in the refrigerator for about 15-20 minutes to cool. Now place them under your eyes for about half an hour. Do this for at least 3-4 times a week and see the magic work!

When you wash your face with cold water, the water tightens the blood vessels and makes the face look less puffy. Washing your face with cold water every morning will give it a bright non-puffy look. This also helps in reducing the swollenness caused by the eye bags.

Too much of salt makes the skin look bloated and this is true for the skin under your eyes too. Avoiding food that have high sodium levels is a preventive measure to avoid those under eye bags. Eating healthy like fruits and veggies that have low sodium levels will help you keep your skin away from the eye bags and as a bonus, your skin will have a natural glow!
