This incident happened on August 18, when a woman was walking alone on Fern Street in Bolton and a man secretly stalked her while she was walking and did this horrifying act.
Shockingly, he tries to kidnap that woman at knifepoint but thankfully woman managed to free herself and call the police. However, the unidentified suspect quickly ran out from the scene of the incident.
Police have launched an investigation on this case to identify the suspect.
