Facebook was launched on February 4, 2004 by Mark Zuckerberg with his College roommates. As Facebook became a company and its size also grew considerably, it was important for Facebook to make new employees understand what Facebook is all about. We all got a chance to get a glimpse to see what inside the, Facebook’s little red book and credit goes to former Facebook employee Ben Barry. Barry said that the book was aimed at explaining Facebook’s mission, history, and culture to new employees.
The text in the Book is quite inspirational and motivating.
