From kids to adults, everyone is addicted to mobile phone games and it seems there is no end to it. A company Niantic has released a mobile game called “PokémonGo” that is based on augmented reality, which means that the game’s character are imposed on real life situations and mixes with real life. The game uses the GPS and camera of the mobile phone to give the virtual reality effect.

This game is spreading like wildfire. Nintendo, the gaming company owns 33% stake in the Niantic and in just a matter of few days, its shares have gone up by 25%. However the game has also received some reports of accidents and public nuisance due to its use.

PokémonGo is for iOS and Android devices and is free to download.  The game has only been released in Australia, New Zealand, and the United States on July 6, 2016, and the game has gained immediate high demand and heavy usage resulting into crashing of servers and and so the rest of the region around the world have to wait for their releases.
